Episode 45 | Why Exercise Isn’t Most Important for Weight Loss | Live Session with Kyle from Aspire Fitness
In today’s episode I’m sharing with you a recent live session from my Macro Balance group program. My group runs twice per year and provides community, accountability, and how to use the tool of macro counting to optimize your weight loss efforts.
In the episode, I’m sharing a presentation from one of my group sessions with a local personal trainer named Kyle who runs Aspire Fitness.
Kyle talks about how if our goal is weight loss, exercise isn’t the most important factor in the process. He also gives helpful tips and information on what to do instead to optimize not only weight loss but overall health, longevity, mobility, and how creating habits around all of these will help you to be the best version of yourself!
