Episode 72 | Back to the Basics; Fat Loss for Women Over 40

If you keep looking for that next quick fix or program that will finally help you lose weight, or if you're super stressed and don't think it has anything to do with your feeling stuck, today's episode is for you.

So many women throw spaghetti at the wall, hoping something will stick, and often, it just leaves them more confused about what to do, or worse, they can think they are broken, or it must be their hormones or other factors causing them to not be able to get the results they want.

While this can happen sometimes, you still need the basics in your lifestyle to be able to sustain results long-term. And, spoiler alert, that stress you're constantly under can definitely hinder your results.

Oftentimes the best results lie in the boring basics, doing the things that actually will move the needle over and over again.
