The problem for me was that I didn’t have a clear path with a step-by-step approach for weight loss, and I was always throwing spaghetti at the wall trying to see what stuck. I hit a point when I was done trying to go it alone. I finally hired a nutrition coach, and this changed everything. With my coach’s help, I learned how to track macros, balance my nutrition, and how much food I actually needed to fuel my body properly. I lost 20 pounds and have maintained my weight loss for years.
